HM Graduate School of Teaching & Learning Covid-19 Update

The High Meadows Graduate School of Teaching & Learning has been operating remotely since March 13, 2020. We have been carefully monitoring both the trajectory of COVID-19 infection rates and predictions about a vaccine and have decided to remain entirely remote through the end of the current academic year. This means that Practicum and Studio will continue to meet by Zoom and that teacher candidates will participate in their clinical placements remotely through June, 2021.

Our decision is motivated primarily by a concern for the health of students and staff. While we would prefer to come together in person, our highest priority is the safety of everyone who studies and works at the Graduate School. Given the current circumstances, this is the choice that will ensure the health and safety of both our community and the students with whom we work.
